KitVault operates the website kitvault.studio and provides subscription-based access to digital audio content including drum kits, sample packs, MIDI files, and producer resources. By using KitVault you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

- Account information — When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. You may optionally provide a producer name and profile details.
- Payment information — Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number — Stripe handles this securely. We store transaction IDs, plan details, and billing history.
- Usage data — We collect information about kits you download, pages you visit, credits you spend, and features you use to improve the service and personalise your experience.
- Technical data — We may collect IP addresses, browser type, device type, and referral sources via server logs and analytics tools including Vercel Analytics.
- Communications — If you contact us or submit a support request, we retain that correspondence.

For analytics, we use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless — it does not set tracking cookies or store data in your browser. No consent banner is required as we do not use non-essential cookies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law — for example, billing records which we keep for 7 years.
